MDR approval
Since June 3, 2024, we have obtained MDR approval for all our 10 product groups. This is a significant milestone for our company and demonstrates our commitment to the highest quality standards. Our MDR certificate is available for download in the "Service" section.
The Art of Gold Soldering
As one of the few endoscope manufacturers, we use a specialized gold soldering technique in the production of our endoscopes. This technique is called the gold soldering process.
Gold soldering allows us to join metal and glass components without the use of adhesive. Adhesives at the distal and proximal ends are a common cause of leaks, as they can soften with aggressive cleaning, allowing water and liquids to enter the endoscope, which compromises the image quality. Many years ago, we chose to address this issue by focusing on gold soldering technology. This decision has enabled us to create durable, reliable endoscopes with gold-soldered tips and proximal ends, effectively eliminating the risk of leaks and damage from harsh sterilization methods.
